Our Culture
Our culture is shaped by choice, respect and rights from day one. We work alongside each individual to understand their preferences, hopes and goals. This makes sure that no one feels afraid, overlooked or pushed into a life that isn’t theirs.

Our Strategy
We use a wide range of person centred tools and planning methods, along with ongoing monitoring, feedback and expert oversight to ensure the support we deliver is the right fit and always evolving. Our staff are supported with excellent training, professional resources and access to best practices. This ensures that every person receives quality care that honours who they are and who they want to become.

Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing a person centred supported living service for people with learning disabilities, mental health and/or autism. We aim to deliver care that respects human rights, fosters individual choice and independence, and bring opportunities into everyday lives outside institutional settings.
Our Vision
A world where every adult with a learning disability lives fully in the community with choice, independence and meaningful opportunity shaping each life journey.
Our Values
Our values are rooted in human rights, person centred support and a belief in community, not institutions, as the foundation of meaningful living. We work collaboratively with individuals and families to create safe respectful environments where people are empowered, supported and truly seen.

Investing in People
Our ongoing investment in people – both those we support and those who work with us – reflects our core belief that with the right support, everyone can achieve meaningful growth and fulfilment.
Our coaching and mentoring program (2024) gives our staff the skills, confidence and understanding to support people in developing independence and building new skills. This has been especially valuable for those transitioning from children’s to adult services
