We aim to provide support that is tailored to each and every person that we support, ensuring that their specific needs are met. We aim to achieve this by working to a support plan that has been co-produced and agreed with each individual.

We aim to provide a service that is anti discriminatory, providing a safe place for both staff and the people we support . We aim to achieve this by treating all of our staff and the people we support with dignity and respect.
High Quality Support
We aim to provide the people we support with high quality support within their own home environment. We aim to achieve this by ensuring that all support provided, is provided by well trained competent staff.
Empowerment
We aim to empower people to live as independently as possible. We aim to achieve this by working with people to promote and where possible, increase their independence.
Preferences & Wishes
We aim to consider preferences, wishes, personal circumstances and individual abilities. We aim to achieve this by encouraging people to be involved of the development of their support plan and the service.
