Whistleblowing
At 1st Enable, we are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We believe in fostering an environment where individuals feel safe and supported in reporting any wrongdoing or unethical behaviour.
We encourage employees, partners, customers, and other stakeholders to speak up if they become aware of:
- Fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct
- Breaches of legal or regulatory obligations
- Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions
- Misuse of company assets or confidential information
- Any other unethical, illegal, or dishonest conduct
Reports can be made confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. All whistleblowing disclosures are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly, with appropriate action taken based on findings. We are committed to protecting whistle-blowers from retaliation or adverse consequences as a result of raising genuine concerns.
