Salary: £28,957.50 per annum plus On-call/Overtime
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (role requires flexibility with shift work, including on-call duties, and involves two days of office administration and rotation that includes everyother weekend.

About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist the Service Manager in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals who enjoy active and independent lifestyles.
You will play a vital role in supporting people with daily routines and encouraging independence
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deputise for the Service Manager in their absence
- Manage rota and ensure effective service delivery
- Provide on-call support across multiple services as required
- Handle incidents with on-call advice and assistance
- Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals
- Deliver care as outlined in care and person-centred plans
- Assist individuals with daily personal care tasks
What we’re looking for
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or above) is desirabile. Support will be provided to gain this qualification if required
- Previous experience as a Support Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, Senior Health Care Assistant or Deputy Manager is preferred
